If you have been issued a new Office 365 Account, you must log in the first time to reset your password and set your recovery details.
As of 12/30/2019, all @hilohigh.org emails require a verification email in order to change passwords on your own. If you do not set up a verification email, you will be unable to reset your @hilohigh.org password yourself.
One fast way to change ownership of files you own on Viking to Enterprise is to use Shared drives.
Go to: https://takeout.google.com/transfer using your @viking.k12.hi.us account.
All students are centrally provisioned with an enterprise @k12.hi.us email account. The username will be their 10-digit SIS number followed by @k12.hi.us. Their password can be obtained by the Hilo High School Technology Kokua Desk. Call: (808) 313-5627.
